Pops Spot was born from a humble food truck and Reginald Lewis aka "Pops". Pops believed in making connections in the community. No better wqy to do this than to feed the soul. Pops Spot on demand was founded by Ali in loving memory of her late husband, this business is more than a kitchen — it’s a tribute to legacy, culture, and flavor. Her husband’s passion for soulful, comforting meals inspired Alicia to carry on the tradition of serving food that brings people together.
We specialize in creating dishes that remind you of the meals you grew up on — bold, hearty, and made with care. From smoky BBQ and creamy mac to jerk wings and stewed cabbage, our food is rooted in both Southern comfort and Caribbean spice. And we’re proud to do it all without using pork, proving you don’t need it to deliver deep, satisfying flavor.
